Return Policy
Louisiana's Original, LLC is a retail company with a presence on the internet. Items carried on this site may be drop shipped from the original manufacturer directly to the shipping address. In most cases we follow the return policy of the specific manufacturer of the ordered product. If a product is damaged upon receipt please do the following.
When in person at the time of delivery, and the box appears damaged, check the contents of the box. If the item(s) is damaged please refuse delivery of the package, and notify us immediately at customerservice@louisianasoriginal.com or 1-888-223-9510 so we may have a new product shipped or money refunded.
If the package was delivered while you were away and your package is damaged, contact us immediately at customerservice@louisianasoriginal.com or 1-888-223-9510 so that we may begin the proper procedures to satisfy you via replacement or refund.
NOTE: We DO NOT ACCEPT returns after 30 Days. If you have a return as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) notify us immediately, and we will verify your order, have the proper product sent IMMEDIATELY, and arrange return of the incorrect item upon your satisfaction.
Returns for other reasons than previously stated will be issued a refund (minus shipping regardless if the item was sold as free freight and/or any restocking fees that may apply) within 30 days of delivery. The product must still be in new condition in the manufacture's original packing.
Items that are not in the manufacturer's original packing will receive a partial refund (65% minus shipping regardless if the item was sold as free freight and/or any restocking fees that may apply).
