Return Policy
Damaged Goods:
Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving. If product has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at 1.888.223.9510 or email to orders@louisianasoriginal.com. Damaged products will be replaced. In some instances, we may not require the damaged product to be shipped back to us, and may ask for you to provide digital photos of the damaged product.
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed:
100% satisfaction policy. If you receive you product undamaged, but you are not happy with the product, you have 10 days from delivery to return it. There is a 15% buyers remorse fee associated with all returns and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Email us at orders@louisianasoriginal.com or call 1.888.223.9510 to get a return authorization number. When the items is received in satisfactory/original condition, your credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the product. Louisiana's Original, LLC / dba College Cans is not responsible for shipping charges for returned merchandise.
